Reporting a bug
A useful report usually includes:
- What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- Your browser and version, and your operating system.
- The room code and roughly what time the match happened.
- Whether you were the host, the guest, or a spectator.
- Any console error text or a screenshot, if you have one.
Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. Cleaver Duel has no accounts, so there is no password to reset.
Privacy requests
Cleaver Duel does not create accounts or store game history. If you have a question about the limited technical data described in the privacy policy, or you want to exercise a privacy right, email the address above with enough detail for us to understand the request.
Feedback and ideas
Balance suggestions, control feedback, and ideas for new players are welcome. Tell us what you were trying to do and why the current version made it difficult. Specific feedback is much easier to act on than a general score.
Response time
This is an independent project, so replies are best-effort and may take a few days. Security or abuse reports are prioritised.
