By using Cleaver Duel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

Cleaver Duel is a free browser game. It does not require an account and does not offer in-game purchases. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, room limits, and availability.

2. Fair play

You agree not to:

• use modified clients, automation, bots, or exploits to gain an advantage over other players;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other players, including through room codes or shared links;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
• use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.

We may block access or close rooms that are used to attack the service or other players.

3. Intellectual property

The game, its code, its visual style, and its original art and audio are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may play the game and share invite links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative commercial products from the game or its assets without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, and services remain the property of their owners. Cleaver Duel is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

4. Third-party services

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and signaling, and may use Google AdSense to display advertising. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies. The privacy policy describes the data involved.

5. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Matches may be interrupted by network conditions, browser behaviour, or maintenance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaver Duel and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
